1. Service Delivery

All ModernAdvis services are delivered digitally via our secure web-based platform at www.modernadvis.com. No physical goods are shipped.

  • Access to the platform is granted immediately upon successful payment and account creation.

  • Services include cloud-based software tools such as quoting engines, planning modules, and client management dashboards.

  • Users can log in using secure credentials created during registration.

2. Subscription Plans

ModernAdvis offers various subscription tiers (e.g., Basic, Professional, Enterprise), each with specific features and levels of access. Full details are available on our pricing page.

  • Monthly and annual billing options are available.

  • Users may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their plan at any time through their account settings.

3. Support & Onboarding

We provide support and onboarding assistance to ensure subscribers can make full use of the platform:

  • Email support is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (ET).

  • New users may receive a brief onboarding session upon request.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

We strive to maintain transparency and satisfaction with our services.

  • Refunds: We offer full refunds for monthly subscriptions if requested within 7 days of initial sign-up. No refunds are provided after this period.

  • Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancellation occurs within the first 30 days.
